Parents/guardians only have to buy the cap gown and tassel package which is now 75.00. For DA it also includes the medallion, stole, and diploma cover. They are sent to the school and they are distributed about a week before graduation. If the parent orders any additional swag like water bottles or t shirts etc those will be shipped to the home. Order online on Herff Jones website and make sure to select DA as the school and put Students name (not yours) There isn't an exact deadline but order ASAP.
