Pratt Summer Programs

 Scholarship applications close on February 1, 2025


Students should submit their application by 11:59PM ET to be considered for a partial or full ride scholarship for the 2025 Summer PreCollege Program.

What do applicants need to apply? 

  • $65 Application Fee*
  • Personal Statement [2,500 characters or less] answering one of the following questions:
    • What do you hope to achieve by participating in Pratt’s Summer Immersion Program, and how do you envision it impacting your future educational, artistic, and career goals?
    • Discuss a challenge you faced. How did you overcome it, and what did you learn about yourself in the process?
    • What do you believe are the most important qualities for an artist or designer to possess, and how do you embody these qualities?
  • Recommendation [email address needed at time of application]
  • 2 samples of work
  • Letter of hardship (required for Needs Based Scholarships)
  • Household financial information [optional]
