Progressive Black Men, Inc. is a 501c (3) non-profit service organization whose purpose is to promote positive images of African American Men in today’s society. Under the principles of Communal Support, Academic Excellence and Brotherly Fellowship, we strive to better our communities. Progressive Black founded in 1989 on the campus of Florida State University has grown to include seven collegiate chapters and hundreds of alumni brothers. Progressive Black Men believes that every moment is an opportunity for progress.  

Scholarship: Vision of Progression Video Scholarship 

Amount: $500

Eligibility: 

·  African American or Hispanic Male 

·  Graduating High School Senior

·  Public School Students In Clay, Duval, Nassau & St. Johns

·  GPA of 2.75 or higher on a 4.0 Scale

·  50 Hours of documented community service
