Volunteers needed for Academic Day Camp

Are you patient, mature, responsible, energetic and reliable?

Can you easily establish rapport with elementary school students?

Are you interested in reinforcing reading, math and language skills under the supervision of a certified teacher?

If you answered, yes to these questions then this is the service project for you!

            Dates:  June 16 – Aug. 8, 2014

   Days:   Monday – Friday

        Time:   Half Day Commitment

8 AM – Noon

or

Noon – 4 PM

Full Day Commitment

8 AM – 11 AM

and

Noon – 4 PM

 End of Day Commitment

3 PM – 6 PM

A serious commitment is needed in order to process volunteer paperwork. Applicants need to be at least 16 years of age, mature, responsible, reliable and interested in helping children. A background check and drug screening are required, along with at least a 30 hour commitment for the summer. Electronic devices of any kind are not permitted to be in use during direct service time with our clients.
